New Life in Christ by Faith
Mary J. Bryant, Author
How to experience new life in Christ Jesus our Lord
    •        The Bible states that everyone is born a sinner and separated from God (Romans 3:23).
    •        But even when we were sinners and enemies of God’s, He loved us so much that He gave His Only Son to die for our sins
    (Romans 5:8; John 3:16).
    •        Death means separation from God, forever but everlasting life comes by trusting in Jesus Christ and putting out faith in His
    finished work (Romans 6:23).
    •        To begin experiencing this new life in Christ (be saved), we must believe we are sinners that need saving and believe that
Christ died for our sins and accept Him as Savior (Romans 10:9).
    •        God promises that who calls on the name of Jesus and accept Him will be saved (Romans 10:13).
    •        If you haven’t accepted Jesus Christ into your heart and you sense the Holy Spirit speaking to you or drawing you, open up and
let Him in. Receive forgiveness for your sin. Confess that you are a sinner and Jesus died for your sins. Believe that your sins have
been forgiven and accept eternal life, now. Commit to follow Jesus as your Savior and Lord and strive to obey Him in all that you do,
daily. Get in His Word to learn of His ways.
As Christians, we cannot afford to be ignorant to our responsibility to be obedient to the way we are to conduct ourselves. There must be a
yielding to the Holy Spirit to build our character or to bear fruit (Galatians 5:22-23) and have it remain (John 15:16). God has given us
everything needed to be successful as Christians. There can no longer be any excuses. I know some may spend time rationalizing and
justifying the way they are or the things they do or say, but that just shows the lack of character and a sense of responsibility and
accountability.
New life in Christ by faith means we have a new
nature, which refers to the spiritual transformation that
happens within the inner being when a person believes in
Christ as Savior. Our new life in Christ begins by faith.
When we are born-again by the Spirit of God, we become
new creatures or new creations. We longer walk in the
futility of our mind which was darkened in our
understanding because of the hardness of heart
(Ephesians 4:17-18). We, therefore put aside the old self or
old nature and be renewed in the spirit of our minds and
put on the new self or new nature, which is the likeness of
God (Ephesians 4:22-24).

This book is just the appetizer to the main course which is
the Bible, the Word of God. I encourage you to study the
scriptures and let it renew your mind and mature you in the
grace and knowledge of God in your new life in Christ. You
will gain valuable knowledge and wisdom of how to live this
new life on earth. You will become a true witness of Jesus
Christ, our Lord and Savior. It is my hope and prayer that we
all be more aware of our position in Christ. Our practice
must represent our position and our position must
represent our practice. The Bible teaches us to “walk worthy
of the vocation wherewith ye are called” (Ephesians 4:1; 1
Thessalonians 2:12).  “For we are his workmanship,
created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath
before ordained (prepared) that we should walk in them”
(Ephesians 2:10).
